It worked out.   I was able to spend the whole day at home.   Am I lucky and Roxie is very pleased.   She permitted me to pet her tummy for a very long time this afternoon.

I stepped outside only once.   My neighbor is gone for a couple of days and I am collecting her papers and mail for her.   No mail today of course but there were the two Sunday papers.

I had fun.   I sewed, I baked, I wrote.   I transcribed some notes. and I just feel rested but more organized and ready for the week.

Time to wind this up and get things ready for tomorrow.   It will be a rather busy morning but I should be home by 2PM or so and be able to wrap up a couple of other loose ends.    The trip is coming up pretty fast.
