We had welcome rain last night and this morning.     We have been in near drought situations for some time.   Vita is not too happy with it but she will get used to changes as time goes on.
She is a sweet girl and has bonded with me very well.   I am truly blessed.

Spent part of the day winding up the year.    I figure anything I can get done now will be easier when Tax season and other things come up.    I am trying to go through closets and get rid of clutter.   AND its not even spring yet?

Another lovely day in Oklahoma     Wonder why I miss Wisconsin?

I got my car serviced today and spent the rest of the day getting my finances in order.

Glad I am thinking any way.

Vita is doing just fine.   She is a lover and is learning to walk.   So we will be good for each other as the weather permits.

Can't believe that it is almost 2020.    I remember when I was Young - yes I was young - that I was amazed that in the year 2000 I would be 60 years old.   which sounded ancient at the time.    This year I will be 80.   An octogenarian.

Wow

What a nice Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Last night I joined The Adam Benoit's for their annual Christmas Eve Party and Dirty Santa Exchange.     Great meal,    I brought Figgy Hobbin for Lexie.   I got a wine bag for my Dirty Santa Gift.    Sounds right doesn't it.

Today, Marlies made rouladin and brought it over her for a dinner.    I made mashed potatoes,   Barb brought salad and dessert.     Barb's uncle Fritz was here too.    So the five of us had a wonderful meal and a nice evening of visiting.

Vita gets along well with everybody.    She is shy but does not bark or run away.

Merry Christmas to you all.

Went to Mass this morning and gave Fr. Phil a copy of my Christmas Poem.   It was a lovely mass foretelling the birth of Jesus.

Spent the rest pf the day at home.   Can't tell you quite what I did but I was busy most of the day.

When I got home from Church, Vita made the first real noises that I have ever heard from her.   Kind of shrill and loud so I am glad that she is basically a quiet little girl :)

Looks like I will be making Mashed potatoes for Christmas day after spending Christmas Eve with the Adam and Alexia Benoits.     Am I blessed, or WHAT.
