Happy Imbolc.   This is the second season of the eight Celtic seasons.  Tucked between the Winter Solstice and the Spring Equinox,  it is a big part of the Bridget story as today is her feast day.

We had a lovely day today.   I walked Miss Vita this afternoon at 62 degrees.    A big jump from this morning at 36 degrees.

Sorry I haven't written the past couple of days.    Just got busy.    Today I had a conference call with my Celtic International Board.    What a pleasure.    These are friends from Wisconsin and Chicago and I don't see them now.      Good to hear so many of their voices.

Spent some time today rotating some of my herbs that I grow in the house.    Want to be ready for spring.    I know I have lots of time yet but want them to get happy in their new pots.

It was cold today.    41 degrees was the highest I saw.    I know my Wisconsin friends and relatives are laughing at me.     But I WAS Cold.     I still took Miss Vita for twn short walks.    With her pretty blond fur, it has to be colder to bother her.    She does not like rain or a cold wind.

Went to Mass this morning and then to Bible Study;    As usual we had an exciting mind opening conversation.     Lots of questions, lots of answers.    We are studying the Gospel of Matthew  in case I hadn't told you that.     Starting with the Beatitudes.

Then I went home and rested until I had my eye doctor appointment.   I told you I lost my glasses, I think, and have been using the previous prescription which helps but is far less than I need.    The house ate them you know.   The house has eaten other things but this is the most serious.    I should have my new ones on about a week.

So home until tomorrow evening.    Yea.    I told Vita and she wonders why I have to leave tomorrow evening:)

Well, it rained all morning and into the afternoon.    Poor Vita was not a happy girl.   I made her go out twice, once one the leash when the rain was down to a drizzle.      Finally it stopped but I had to drag her out the door to prove it too her.      At least she got to do her business.

I just got home from Writer's Club.     Read a poem and the St. Andrew chapter of my patron saint book.    The others seemed to like them both.      What we all have to do is see about getting published.    The others are doing so well it would be a shame for the world not to read them.

Tomorrow Bible study and eye doctor.     Vita will be very unhappy with me being gone twice.

It was another quiet day and a good thing, because I did not feel very good until this afternoon.

I did have an appointment With Dr. Toy and he said I was really out of adjustment.   I am back in now so hope to feel better tomorrow morning.

Vita and I enjoyed the lovely mid 60's weather.

Went to the 8:30AM mass again this morning.    I sure like that.   When you go to the same mass, you get to know people especially if you go for coffee and donuts afterwards:)

It was in the mid 60s again today.  Vita and I went out three times for a little walk.   Eventually we will go around the block and up to the park, but usually I am not ready for that.   We did it once though  (not as far as the park) and Vita loved it.

Aside from that I really didn't do anything at all exciting.    But I am content in my little home.
Tomorrow I seed Dr. Toy, my chiropractor.   My right shoulder is a bit sore.      This is new.   I hope he can figure it out.
