I am really getting bad about posting, but nothing much happens around here.

Just got back from dinner at Bart and Barb's.     Marlies was there too.   Barb fixed excellent enchaladas.

Monday night, Adria graduates from eighth grade so I will have something to write about.

We had storms last night.    My gauge which is 3 inches was overflowing.    We needed the rain but does it all have to come at once?

Today I went, with Bart to a  travel agency to make the reservations for my trip to Milwaukee in June for Jessie's wedding.   That went well.   Now i just need to flesh out my trip.

I planted this afternoon.   I had several herbs, (parsley, thyme, chives, Basil, rosemary that needed to be placed in the ground.   A s wet as everything was this was the perfect time.    Hopefully they twill grow, I am still struggling with Oklahoma gardening.

Turned out to be a busy day.

Kerry came to clean the house this morning, then Bart came and we cleaned out and planted the planter in front of my home.     Had to clean it out because "Bart and Barb's cats" have been using it for a bathroom.    We then saturated it with bitter apple.    Hopefully that will discourage them from continuing to use it.    I threw some lemon rinds in also.

Then the Air conditioner people came to do the spring check up on my Air conditioner.    It is old but still working just fine.

Tonight I will be at Writer's Club.     So a full day.    Should sleep well tonight.

A very quiet couple of days since I posted.    The weather has been lovely so I put a couple of things into the garden.    Am   going to try herbs again.

My neighbor passed away last fall and his daughter gave me a stature of St. Francis which I put in the middle of the garden today.     I'll try to send a picture when I get the plants in.    I hope I remember how.

Talked to Leslie today.    So good to chat with her.
