I'M HOME!

It was a good trip, but not a great trip.      Bart was so uncomfortable and I know if we had put this off until December or so after his corrective surgery it would have been better.    But he did OK and had some great visits with his brother.

So did I.   Have good visits with Bret.    Everything worked well that we could be taken for a tour of the river in Bret's Pontoon boat and experience them fishing.   It was great and much cooler on  the water.   Bret cooked most of our meals and has become an excellent cook.   I finally told him that we needed to go OUT for dinner to give him a break and we went to an excellent Mexican Restaurant in the area.

I brought Nicky with us.    As it turned out a mistake.    He got sick and spent two days at a veterinary hospital.     But is back with us and seems to be holding his own or improving.    Last trip for that guy.

Please pray for my Leslie who has been taken off of life support.     God will be good to her.
