Such a nice Saturday. I got up at 6AM after a pretty good night's sleep. Chelsea seemed a bit tired and sat down TWICE while we were on the walk. THEN, when we got home, she saw Dick standing by the counter and BOUNDED into the house to him.

We did the sequential compression early this morning so that we could get it in three times today. As we speak, it is 8:50PM and the third time is well under say so we did good.

Jim and Michelle came over at about 9AM to clean. They were volunteering last night so changed to today. I left for about 2 hours and did some shopping. I finally got to Amy's Hallmark to get the Christmas ornaments for everybody. They were ALL there. Usually I have to order one or two but now that part of the shopping is over. Then I picked up a prescription at Walgreens, went to the bank for Mom and stopped at Cappelle's for corn and tomatoes for supper. We invited Jim and Michelle to come over after I got home from Mass for a corn/tomato supper with us. They are leaving for St. Louis for a vacation and to find out more about Michelle's father. She is quite excited as well she should be. I hope she finds out a LOT. I figured that it would be nice if they did not have to cook and clean tonight as they are leaving VERY early in the morning.

I will be feeding the Boots Kitty while they are gone. He is easy. In the morning, I just check the litter box, his water and his food as he is not used to much attention then. In the evenings I always spend a half an hour to an hour with him. Just so he has some company.

I have been listening to Garrison Keillor's Poet's corner. I have it sent to me by email, that way I don't have to be near a radio at any particular time. Today, one of the authors he featured was Isabel Allende. He had a wonderful quote from her that I will share with you. "Erotica is using a feather, pornography is using the whole chicken."
