Not a bad day, but VERY busy.     I got up at 6:30AM.   Dick got up a bit earlier, but he slept from 8:30PM to 5:30AM so it was a good night's sleep.

We had breakfast and then I did the grocery shopping.   I was home by 8:30AM and able to get them put away and catch up on Quicken before I had to leave for Sheboygan to drop something off at JMKAC and then to to Mark Miller's to drop off the taxes.

I got to JMKAC at a perfect time.   I was able to watch the beginning of Footlights - with the Thodos Dance Company from Chicago, that were doing a special performance for several classes of young people that had been brought in.    I was able to stay through their explanation and demonstration of ballet.   I wish I could have stayed for all of it but had to leave for my tax appointment.

It was good to see Mark Miller again and he always does a good job with our taxes and I know that they are done correctly.    With all of the medical we have this year, I know we will end up  with a large return.    Mark and I figured we have known each other for at least 25 years because I met him when I worked at United Savings and Loan when  I first came back to Wisconsin.

I was home before noon and prepared salmon croquettes for our dinner with mashed potatoes, creamed corn and salad.  Then I took a short nap.  I had lots of computer work and remembered to massage the corned beef today.

We had soup and sandwiches for supper and then I went to church for the Ash Wednesday service.   I have a proper black cross on my forehead.   It was a lovely service, the children's choir led us in the singing.  I got home just before 8PM. I am enjoying a nice cup of tea and then it will be time to help Dick to bed and get to bed myself.

Tomorrow morning will be busy with Dick's CT Scan at 10AM over at Aurora Plymouth.   I hope they can determine something that will help him stop having these UTIs.    He is so weak from them.

So.  A lovely day.   Snow is supposed to come overnight.  Boo!  Just when I have to take Dick out.   Oh Well.   Each day its own challenges.

So goodnight and sleep tight

STILL THINK THIS IS FUNNY?
Not one of these taxes existed 100 years ago, & our nation was the most prosperous in the world.
We had absolutely no national debt, had the largest middle class in the world, and Mom stayed home to raise the kids.

What in the heck happened? Can you spell 'politicians?'

I hope this goes around THE USA at least 545 times!!! YOU can help it get there!!!

GO AHEAD. . . BE AN AMERICAN!!!
