This is going to be short.

I went grocery shopping this morning, then finished cleaning windows and dusting down in the family room.

At 11:30AM, I got to Rocky Knoll in time to watch Dick stand some more as he finished his PT.   We had lunch and then he had his OT.   

Today was the weekly cocktail hour at the On the Rocks area down the hall, so we played cards and charged his wheelchair until it was time for that.   That cocktail hour is a nice break in the week and a good chance to mingle with people.   Today, we met his new "next door neighbor", Chuck.

I came home after he went down to dinner at 5PM, came home and fed the cat then walked over to Lions Park with my cupcakes for the Tallgrass Picnic.    A beautiful day and a really well planned picnic.   A nice ending to a lovely day.
