I am afraid that I overdid a bit today.

I went to see Dr. Fehrman today.   He was very encouraging.  He said that if I wanted to visit with him, I didn't have to go to such measures.   At any rate, my foot just has to heal.   Right now I know that I have done a bit to much.

It was a good day.  Good news from the Doctor, an evening meal with friends and a card from Brenda and Richard.   But I am sore and tired so will just cut this short and go to bed.
