A busy morning.   Dick had his appointment with Dr. Cheryl to see if the infection in his eye was gone.   She was pleased.   We will keep medicating for a day or two, but it looks very good.   We set up an appointment for three months from now, unless he gets an irritated eye again, because three months seems to be when this naughty lash starts scratching the eye.


We stopped at Walgreens on eht way home for a couple of things then home for the rest of the day.

We had Black Beans and Rice with Andoule sausage for our lunch.  Then I took a nap.

I called Bret and Bart and Barb to find out what days they are coming next week.   Then I can decide when to fix the Swedish Meatball dinner for them.    I told you that we are having a Deeley/Kunert gathering on Sunday the 27th.  I am so excited to have them here.  It has been too long again.

I did a bit of wash this afternoon and generally picked up things around the house and cleaned the counters.

We had quesidillas with peaches and cottage cheese for our supper.

Now it is settle down time.

Tomorrow is a triple busy day but hopefully the rain will not be with us.   It rained from 11:00AM til now and steadily today.
