Monday. A full morning. The usual lets get going stuff and I also put a Kunert Spinach Egg Noodle casserole together. I left a note for Dick to turn the oven on at 10:30AM. (He was sleeping when I left.) Unfortunately, Dick did not know HOW to turn ON the oven so, we had tuna sandwiches for lunch and then the casserole for our dinner. Good thing we are flexible.

Got a message from Jim and Michelle that they has made it home safe and sound. Their doggies, Chip and Max were beyond happy to see them. Neither of them had ever been boarded before.

Tom and Kathy Keyes are back from Texas, and Tom was able to come to bible study this morning. Kathy had a commitment. It is good to have them back. We ended up in a lively discussion on the last part of Mark's 10th chapter, then going back to the rich man unwilling to give all he had to the poor. We wonder what we would do and indeed if everybody did that, who would be earning to provide a continuous source of help for the poor. Maybe Jesus wants us to be good stewards of what we have and how we use it. Priorities and management.

The afternoon was quiet. I just puttered because it is, after all, Monday and my day. Tonight was the Rhine Plymouth meeting. I have raffle tickets for our Fun Day - Brat Fry taking place on May 23. There are prizes undetermined as yet and the ticket is also good for trade on food. They are $1 each if you are interested.

So that is the day. Tomorrow, Dick has his eye appointment, I have quilt club and I will be voting. So kind of busy.

Take care
Until tomorrow, God keep you safe.

Mary
