Monday and the last day of April all to onest. (Did I spell onest right? Is it even a word?" It was a bit cooler today and we are experiencing a rather iffy thunder storm. Either Chelsea has chosen to ignore it or doesn't care anymore but she is not really pacing anymore.

Bible Study at 9:30AM. We had a good group and Liz Holtz has returned. She was in the group a couple of years ago but had to drop out because of a commitment to Caregiving of Alzheimer patients. At the time her husband was alive and a victim of that cruel disease. He is gone now and she spent time helping others but decided it was time to as she said move on. We are so glad to have her back.

Dick and I bottled the Gewurztraminer today. Geewhizzer as Dick named it. It is very good. So now we have wine to give away again. The stock has been dwindling fast. Tomorrow we will rack the Riesling and do a check of our space. As soon as we have room, we will mix the box of White Zin. Got to either get moving or get out of the business.

I went to Blessed Trinity tonight to see Lyra, a traveling Russian group of 5 vocalists, who were her two years ago and had asked to come back. They are truly wonderful and this year had a CD of their folk music. I had purchased the church music at the last concert. They sing totally a Capella. They explained that in Russia there are no accompanists for the choirs in the churches.

Also Lyra means Love in Russian.

Now I am back, safe and warm, in our own little home with Dick and Chelsea. Such a good place to be.

Saw Mother twice today. She looks good but seems weary. That is her only complaint too. She hates missing all the things that are going on. Like the Lyra concert. But she has decided to take it very easy this week. She is trying to do gentle walking (being very careful to use her walker) and did go around the back yard yesterday when it was SO beautiful. I took her a venison brat patty and a venison Italian sausage patty so that she has a couple more easy meals when she needs them. Took her a piece of Rhubarb Pie too.

Dick's right foot does not look too good so we are going to call the doctor tomorrow.

Ride the breeze to rebirth!
Robins protesting cold mornings
Loudly punctuate
The Joy of Spring.

Have a nice Tuesday.
