Here we are at Wednesday. The day after tomorrow, Dick and I are going to "far away Sheboygan Falls" to the Rochester Inn for a holiday. I really want to get away and have nothing to do for a couple of days and it is not the best time of the year for lot of travel. We also decided to do this at the last minute and not many places have vacancies. The Rochester Inn can be accessed at rochesterinn.com.

I am looking forward to reading, sewing, writing and soaking in the whirlpool bath.

MMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!

I took Mother grocery shopping today. We were going to take her with us tomorrow, but she was out of fruit and milk and heaven knows what else, so today was better. I also finished the taxes and got them sent off. This evening I transcribed the Rhine Plymouth minutes, so the day was fruitful and satisfying.

We had a little problem yesterday. The garage door opener broke. The good news is that we were able to get someone out here early this morning and he replaced the motor. After 15 years, it had just plain worn out. The shaft, originally about 3/4 inch in diameter had worn to the diameter of a matchstick before it broke.

I arise today Through a mighty strength, the invocation of the Trinity, Through a belief in the threeness, Through a confession of the oneness Of the Creator of Creation.”
From the Lorica (Morning Prayer) of St. Patrick.
