A reasonably quiet day and it is hot.    My thermometer says 89 but they say it was warmer.

I was very sore today and grateful for my appointment with my chiropractor.   He is going to see me again on Wednesday as he thinks he knows what is happening and we are trying to correct the problem.  I sure hope he can as I am sick of being sore.

I am sure I would be more ambitious also:) 

Sorry to be such a complainer.     Two and a half weeks until Wisconsin.   I am sure that trip will help to invigorate me.
