A nice first day of the New Year.   I finished my President's Challenge for the Wichita Mountain Quilt Club show next month.

I just got home from dinner with Bart and Barb and Marlies.   An altogether pleasant evening.   We had ham, sweet potatoes, black eyed peas (for good fortune), cheesy potatoes and salad with cheesecake dessert.

I am pleasantly stuffed and ready to call it a day.

Life will slowly return to normal over the next two weeks.
