went to Bible Study this morning.    We are reading the next Sunday's readings for the time being.

This afternoon, I saw Dr. Toy and he adjusted my back and body.    I really needed it after the trip.

Tomorrow is a holy day,  All Saints Day.   I am ushering at the noon mass.
