Mary: Hi! To tell you who I am. I a Celtic Woman a cofounder of the Sheboygan County Branch of Celtic Women International and now a new branch in Lawton OK. I am, in my picture, wearing a scarf made from the official CWI tartan. This is a special tartan designed by Marjorie Warren, the only registered tartan for a women's group which is a unique honor.
